By providing my phone number or email to The Cecil Specialty Clinic, I agree and acknowledge that CSC staff or physicians may send text messages to my wireless phone number or emails for any purpose, including, but not limited to: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, links for telehealth appointments. SMS messages or email use is directly related to your treatment, obtaining payment for services, and healthcare operations. Message and data rates may apply. No personal information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out of texting or email services at any time.

• Call us to discuss any changes needed.
• If you have agreed to SMS or emails, but decide you want to opt out later after receiving a message, responding to any message from CSC with the words “Stop” or “Opt out” will ensure no further correspondence through text or email will be sent to you.
